The hotel was wonderful and the staff excellent, amazing location by seaside. I had a king room and it was modern with a private terrace, a great view and a jacuzzi bathtub. Amazing service was provided here.

Staff was super welcoming. Remote location was a plus. Also, it was 1 mile from Pocitas.

The ocean and sunset views were beautiful. The customer service was outstanding, even better than the Ritz Carlton. The private and shaded areas to sit and eat while watching the waves were a great feature. The rooms had nice private patios with seating. The restaurant had excellent food options. The massage was great. The hotel was clean and spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. The WiFi worked well throughout the hotel.

The platform bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard and too thick. Some guests had trouble sleeping due to the noise of the waves.
